Travel Agents

The big name during the dot com boom and they have survived when many others did not. Of course they provide other stuff but travel and holidays are still a major product area. I like the look of the site, still fresher than some of their competitors.

Most weel known for cheap flights, but also giving access to hotels, car hire etc. Started life online so you would expect they've got this right. They are actually owned by a group of airline operators (nine of them including BA) and Amadeus the global travel technolgy provider. The site contains a wealth of data, offers and features but still manages to look fairly simple - nice job

An independant internet agency offering across the board search tols for cheap flights, packages, car hire, cruises etc

ne of the first gerneration internet travel operators and still going - so they must be doing something right - originally owned by Microsoft if I'm not mistaken but they sold off most of their stake a long time ago.

I guess the biggest Uk Travel Operator - holiday search tools are clear and easy to use - have not sampled the holidays personally though ...
