They claim to have over 5 million ( yes 5,000,000+) unbiased hotel reviews. All the hotels I checked on were in there so they must have a huge audience - useful resource to check before you book. i liked the layout of this site too - very simple and clean

A japanese influenced hotel just off Union Square in San Francisco - 500 rooms some very luxurious - not impressive from the outside but internally you can't complain about anything - service is great too
