| Perhaps the best-known of the online agencies - carries properties of other agencies and the public can advertise their own properties. With house prices rising and agents not seeming to reduce the % they want to charge - self-marketing of properties is becoming more popular and sites like this make it easy. I don't think you can sign-up directly with RightMove, but they advertise on behalf of 10,500 agents, many of whom are low cost internet specialists. Claims to be the largest property website in the UK. |
